These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "You") and 999bf ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") regarding your use of the 999bf website, mobile platform, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and promotional programmes. By creating an account on 999bf, by depositing funds, or by placing any wager on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

To register and maintain an active account on 999bf, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 999bf strictly enforces an 18+ policy across all services without exception.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual person acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any other party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a 999bf employee or contractor where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling platforms. If you have voluntarily self-excluded from 999bf or any affiliated platform, you must not attempt to open a new account or circumvent the exclusion.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information at the time of registration and maintain its accuracy thereafter.

999bf may at any time request documentary evidence to verify that a player meets all eligibility requirements. Acceptable verification documents include a valid national identification card, passport, or other government-issued photo ID, as well as proof of address issued within the last three months. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by 999bf will result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.

Where 999bf has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any funds deposited by an underage player will not be returned, and all activity on such an account will be declared void.

To access 999bf's full range of services — including depositing funds, placing bets, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals — you must first register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide the following information accurately and in full:

All financial transactions on 999bf are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits and withdrawals must be made exclusively through payment methods that are registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in transaction reversal and potential account suspension.

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. 999bf does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 999bf's control.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 999bf aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests. Players must have completed all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonuses before a withdrawal can be approved. Withdrawals requested before wagering requirements are met will be declined and returned to the account balance.

The following general rules apply to all 999bf bonuses and promotional offers:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x means you must wager ten times the bonus value before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash). The applicable multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.

The following general betting rules apply across all 999bf products:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid and confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification from the platform. Bets that fail to reach our servers due to connectivity issues on your end are not valid and will not be honoured.

• Live Betting: In-play sports betting is subject to automated delay mechanisms. 999bf reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any point during an event. Bets accepted during a suspension window may be voided at 999bf's discretion.
• RNG Games: All RNG-based casino games use certified random number generators from licensed providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. Outcomes are statistically independent for each round of play.
• Disconnections: If you experience a disconnection during an active game round, the round will complete according to the game engine's outcome. 999bf is not liable for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

999bf prohibits the use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage on the platform. Any account found using such tools will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and the account balance may be forfeited pending investigation.

As a player on 999bf, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account verification
• Opening or operating multiple accounts on the same platform in an attempt to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other financial crime using 999bf as a vehicle
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of games or sports markets
• Using automated betting systems, bots, artificial intelligence software, or any other tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies — any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 999bf staff members or other players via any communication channel
• Accessing the 999bf platform if you are self-excluded or have been permanently banned from the platform
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to use your account

999bf monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review processes. Where a breach is identified or suspected, 999bf reserves the right to take immediate protective action, including freezing account funds pending investigation. Players under investigation will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarifying information before a final decision is reached, except in cases where disclosure would compromise the investigation.

999bf reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an administrative fee or closure in accordance with our dormant account policy
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder via the responsible gaming tools or by contacting support
• A request from a legitimate authority, law enforcement body, or court order

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any bonus balance and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits not subject to active bonus wagering requirements will ordinarily be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification. 999bf is not liable for any losses you may incur as a result of account suspension carried out in good faith pending an investigation.
